Viewing and Searching Vault Records

To view the Vault Records, navigate to Robots > Vault. The list of all the Vault Records is displayed.

If multiple records are created using the same identifier, then the Value for that identifier will be displayed as "Different Bot Values." To know more, refer to the section Adding Multiple Records to the same Identifier.

You can perform the following operations from the Action column:

Edit : Editing the Vault Record.
Delete : Deleting the Vault Record.

You can sort the Vault Records by Identifier, Type, and Value.

Note: To use the values from the Vault Records in any RPA Process, you need to use the associated identifier for the Passwords and Variables in the Nividous Studio.

To search the Vault Records based on an Identifier:

Enter any text or phrase in the Identifier text box.
Click Search.
The Vault Records containing the entered text in the identifiers are displayed.
Click Clear to clear the search criteria.
